YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: 2004

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A 196,000 Square Foot - six story cast in place structure. This building is a high-tech research and learning center. B. & A. reviewed and updated infrastructure assessments, surveys, site plans, site de-watering and drainage plans. B. & A. performed construction period services for the new mixed use facility in downtown Boise.

This was a 39 million dollar project and was rated #3 in the top projects in 2004 by Intermountain Contractor.
