Phillippi Park Condominiums

Location: 2351 S. Phillippi Street. Site is located near the interstate on Phillippi and abuts Phillippi Park in Boise, Idaho.

Project Summary: 13 unit condo development consisting of 6 one & two story duplex style buildings and 1 single family building on 1.35 acres. Square footage of the units ranged from 1,151 square feet to 1,573 square feet. The single family unit was 1,359 square feet.

B & A Engineers provided preliminary field investigation, field staking, marking, resetting points, & inspection. Along with the design, calculations, drawings, reports, plats, completion of forms and applications, attendance at meetings & conferences and provided the necessary research.
