Brief Description: The Porcupine Springs area was experiencing expansion of camping in undeveloped areas. The Ranger District retained the consultant team to assess and study creation of a structured campground to help minimize the negative environmental impacts to camping at random locations in the area.

B & A Engineers, Inc. primary task was to work with the consultant team’s landscape architect on site planning for the campground and to complete an engineering assessment of the possibilities for development of potable water and sanitary sewer systems for the campground.
