SKYLINE FARMS SURVEY
Ontario, Oregon

This was a very extensive survey which covered 6,600 acres of land south of Jacobsen Gulch. The site required 30 miles of boundary and easement traverse of which 8 miles was rough terrain. The survey took 3 months to perform. Site preparation work was prepared at the 400 acre tract northwest of Ontario and about 60 miles N.W. of Boise for the Ontario Prison. A survey, description, and plat were prepared for 4 parcels, the main pipeline R/W, and principal and county roads. The survey was completed with ground and aerial photography.

This survey was completed in three phases.
Phase One – Discovery and preliminary surveying control to research boundary and existing monumentation, and boundary compilation.
Phase Two – Preparation of a summary of the improvements necessary to fulfill the needs of the newly created irrigation district which required surveying all private and public roadways, and preparing descriptions and maps.
Phase Three – Surveyed individual parcel site boundaries for sale and prepared descriptions.
