Location: Site is located at the northeast side of Sunflower Lane at Dalton Avenue in Boise, Idaho.

Date: 1990

Project Summary: A 68 lot residential condominium subdivision on 4.8 acres. 34 – two-story units consisting of 3 two-story four plexes, 4 two-story twelve plexes, and 1 two-story 8 plex. Typical units are 2 bedrooms averaging 941 square feet.

B & A Engineers performed all necessary land surveys for the preparation and drafting of the condominium plat for recording.
